The idea of not just live streaming, but going beyond that to create a truly interactive space where Samsung India could not just showcase their products, but enable users to interact, discuss and even purchase devices.

So what did we do?

We proposed the concept of the Infinity Stage - a virtual destination where Samsung could host all their key product launches virtually. In the absence of a live event, we further ensured to make it engaging where users can experience the announced features through a virtual interactive experience as it happens on screen.

A seamless stream experience with the user having the ability to jump between sections, interact with the live chat, get a virtual hands on and even buy the device there and then.

You could try out the new devices in the color of your choice and the model of your choice - Giving users a more personalised experience of the launch.

Live chat and interact with moderators and use certain hashtags to trigger product information - allowing users to easily access the aspects of the product they care the most about.

And just as easily users an buy/pre-book the device at the time of the event. We in fact at the launch of the Note20, sold 5 phones through this platform alone.
